This course uses performance and efficiency concepts to identify career development and succession planning opportunities. Many organizations have addressed professional development and succession planning from a qualitative perspective and have been no surprise. This course is quite the opposite: participants will show how to position employees in a matrix that uses performance and efficiency as the X axis and Y axis, and then extracting a group of employees, such as HiPos and others.
