Quality management systems have been established to help the management of enterprises to provide a product or service to meet the customer’s requirements and achieve the patient’s return to the industrial establishments. Among these systems was a global system approved by most of the world’s institutions and which took the lead in implementing it. 22000: 2018, which is the international standard that defines the requirements of the food safety management system, which covers all institutions operating in the food chain from “farm to table”.
