This training program provides participants with practical and practical experiences in the field of quality improvement methods and tools. And provides an explanation and definition of the international standard ISO 9001/2008. It also deals with traditional and modern methods of improving the quality of operations. It explains the most important tools and methods such as: the cause and effect diagram, Pareto chart, control maps for numerical variables and control maps for descriptive variables, histogram map, test tables and dispersion maps. The program is based on a number of practical and practical cases aimed at refining the participants’ practical experience.
