Mechanical
engines use fuel as a feed system for the vehicle. Therefore, this material
must be taught to provide the trainee with the most important fuel systems in
sequence from the oldest and most recent systems in order to make the trainee
able to maintain all parts of the fuel system. The course aims at providing the
trainees with sufficient knowledge of the operation of the components of the
K-Jetronic system and introducing them to the operational theory of the system.
In addition to providing knowledge in the electrical circuits and the safety
department in the system, the components of the traditional fuel supply cycle,
Fuel, fuel filter, mechanical and electrical fuel pumps), the fundamentals and
theory of combustion in gasoline engines and the characteristics of gasoline
fuel, as well as their definition of octane and slurry, air / fuel mixture
requirements under different operating conditions of the engine, Gasoline
movements and the advantages of fuel injection for gasoline engines.
