What is the definition of excellence? What are the basic concepts that must be covered by institutions in order to become distinctive? Are there any criteria for discrimination that an organization can use to assess itself? How does the organization ensure continuous improvement in all its aspects? The EFQM Excellence Model was developed to answer all of the above questions. At this session, we will explain the EFQM model of excellence and its three main components. Participants can review, meditate and practice each element in groups.
At the end of the course, participants assess the level of excellence
of their organization and identify areas for strategic improvement.
