Training
is one of the most recognized human resource development strategies to improve
performance in human resources development. Training is also an attempt to
improve the current and future performance of workers by increasing their
delivery capacity, or administrative and organizational efforts aimed at
improving the ability of a working individual to perform a specific job or to
play a specific role in the organization with which he or she works. The human

training and technical specialists, technical supervisors, administrators and
