This course is a combination of strategy and quality to help
participants develop appropriate skills to chart the strategic quality
plans of their organization, as well as talk about quality history and
strategies and relate them to practical applications.
Participants will learn how to analyze the current status of the
organization, identify gaps and future needs, and examine the strategic
planning process, leading to the selection of initiatives and the
identification of key quality outcomes.
Participants will learn the tools, skills and knowledge to start their
own journey in developing quality strategies and deployment plans.
