The organization without strategy is like a ship without a driving rudder.
How can institutions continue to provide exceptional value to
stakeholders and clients if their destination is not clear and do not
know how to access it?
Answer: They can not. Here the role of strategy becomes essential. The strategy is focused on setting ambitious goals and understanding the current and future environment. This is the primary focus of this session.

This session will cover the seven steps of the strategy management
process, from elements of strategic “thinking” to “planning” and
“implementation”.

Participants at the end of the course will be able to implement or
improve the strategic process in their institutions to reach the vision
of the institution and achieve its mission.
